
Prior to forming LoganView Capital, Craig served as President & COO of Gulfstream Capital Corporation, and President and CEO of Gulfstream Capital Loan Servicing, LLC.
In those capacities, Craig was directly and indirectly involved in the acquisition, origination, management, and (in some instances) the restructuring of more than 70 mortgage transactions valued in excess of $400 million.
Prior to Gulfstream Mr. Stevenson was the Vice President – Acquisitions and later CEO for Pacifica Hotel Company and Pacifica Hotel Investors, LLC, boutique coastal California operating and acquisition companies, respectively.
At Pacific, Craig served in a leadership capacity on the management side of a 21 hotel portfolio and was directly responsible for the acquisition and disposition of 11 hotels for total capitalization of more than $110 million.
In between the Pacifica assignments, Mr. Stevenson worked for a partnership representing Ty Warner Hotels & Resorts and was involved in the acquisition and asset management of the Four Season Biltmore Hotel, San Ysidro Ranch Inn, Breakers Conference Center, and other luxury properties located primarily in Santa Barbara, CA.
Prior to moving to Santa Barbara in 1998, Craig served as Director of Acquisitions for Red Lion Hotels & Resorts (a KKR company) and was integrally involved in the post IPO acquisition of four hotel transactions valued in excess of $83 million prior to the sale of the company to Doubletree for $1.2 billion.
Before moving to the corporate offices of Red Lion, he held senior management positions at 3 hotels. Craig has been involved as a principal in over $790 million of commercial real estate and mortgage transactions and has served in a senior management capacity of both mortgage and real estate companies.
Mr. Stevenson received a Business Administration Degree in Corporate Finance from Eastern Washington University in 1989. He is currently a member of the Global-One Chapter of Young Presidents Organization (“YPO”) and sits on the finance committee of the Dream Foundation, a Santa Barbara based non-profit organization.
